1. 상품교환권
상품교환권은 특정 상품이 지정된 형태의 기프티콘입니다. 하지만 반드시 해당 상품으로만 교환이 가능한 것은 아닙니다. 동일한 가격 또는 그보다 비싼 가격의 다른 상품으로 교환이 가능한 브랜드들도 있습니다. 이는 각 브랜드 정책에 따라 다르니 기프티콘 사용 전 유의사항을 잘 읽어주세요! 다른 상품으로 교환할 때, 기프티콘에 지정된 상품보다 더 높은 가격의 상품으로 교환하는 경우 차액은 따로 결제해 주셔야 합니다. 상품교환권의 바코드는 잔액을 저장하지 않기 때문에 해당 상품 가격보다 낮은 가격의 상품으로는 교환이 어렵습니다.
상품교환권의 교환 가능 방법을 정리해보면, 아래 3가지 방법으로 요약할 수 있습니다.
- 기프티콘에 지정된 상품으로 교환
- 같은 금액의 다른 상품으로 교환 가능 (브랜드마다 상이)
- 해당 상품보다 비싼 상품으로 교환 가능 (브랜드마다 상이, 차액 결제 필요)
eGift cards started as gift cards that contain a specific, pre-selected product such as a cup of coffee from Starbucks. The redeemer can redeem the eGift card for the specific gifted product or depending on the brand of course, can select a different product of equal or higher value. In the case a price difference occurs, it must be paid by the redeemer. These eGift cards cannot be redeemed for a lower-valued product/gift since the difference of the balance cannot be stored in this specific type of eGift card.

2. 금액교환권
금액교환권은 특정 상품이 아닌 금액이 지정되어 있어, 해당 금액 내에서 상품을 자유롭게 구매할 수 있는 기프티콘입니다. 상품교환권과 달리 사용 후 잔액이 저장되므로 유효기간 내에 다시 사용할 수 있습니다. 만약 해당 잔액 이상을 결제하는 경우, 추가 결제 금액에 대해서는 현금, 카드 결제 등으로 결제해 주셔야 합니다.
There are eGift cards that can store a balance, also known as a gift card. Prepaid digital cards that can be used like cash but unlike a physical card, the same initial barcode can be presented at checkout until the balance is used or the eGift card expires. Just like any other gift card, if your checkout value is higher than the balance remaining on the card, the difference must be paid by the redeemer.
